Vegas Born and Bred

A native son, Dennis Prince was born and raised in Las Vegas, attending Bonanza High School. Despite humble beginnings, he set his sights on law from a young age. Prince graduated with honors from UNLV before earning his J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Wasting no time after passing the bar, Prince launched his own firm – the Dennis Prince Law Group – building it into a top family law practice through tireless work and brilliant legal strategy. Colleagues admired his fierce advocacy and mastery of the courtroom.

More Than a Legal Mind

While intensely devoted to the law, Prince always put family first. He left behind four beloved children, a newborn daughter, and a one-year-old grandchild. “He was the backbone of our family,” shares daughter Taylor Prince. She describes a fun-loving father who generously supported their passions.

Prince made sure to be an active, doting parent despite his demanding career. His family fondly remembers the life of the party – a cheerleader with tremendous love to give.

A Bright Future Cut Short

At the time of the tragedy, Prince’s son Scot was set to join his father’s firm after graduating law school in May. “I was looking forward to working together and carrying on his legacy,” laments Scot.

Many describe a man obsessed with winning cases through intense preparation and zeal. Prince seemed to have it all – now, his loved ones and the legal community are left to pick up the pieces.

A Lasting Legacy

While no longer here, Prince’s impact remains. His name will be remembered among the top Vegas lawyers, but more importantly, his spirit lives on through family. The public is invited to celebrate his life at a memorial service on April 16th. In lieu of flowers, donations can fund a UNLV scholarship in Prince’s honor – inspiring future law students and carrying on his extraordinary legacy.
